At Dare to Heal Therapy, I understand that healing is scary so I am daring you to take the challenge to live a life free to be your authentic self.
You are not just a number. Everyone has their own unique path to healing and there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I tailor each treatment plan to you and your needs.
I know you’ve spent so much of your time trying to understand what brought you to this current spot in your life. You still have so many questions and not enough answers. My goal is to aid individuals and couples in understanding themselves, their decisions and choices to allow for overall healing.
